Legal Engineer – Forward Deployed

Norm AI builds AI-powered compliance automation for highly regulated industries. As a forward-deployed legal engineer, you'll partner with clients to design and implement Norm's platform against their specific regulatory obligations — running discovery, building proof-of-concepts, and translating legal requirements into working AI workflows. You'll work closely with Account Directors and feed client insights directly back into the product.
